Our Quality Guarantee of Installations
Elite Installers has a 1 Year Installation Warranty
Our installers stand behind their work and have a 1 Year Guarantee to prove it. We want our customers to feel confident in our abilities to do the installation correctly. All installations come with a 1 Year Guarantee to be free from defects resulting from poor workmanship. Our goal is to provide the best service to you in order to make your dreams become reality and your house a home. Let us help you select the proper material for your particular project and the consultation / assessment will be at no cost to you. We provide both residential and commercial installation services.
Guarantee will cover installation done by Elite Installers due to improper installation for up to 1 year.
Elite Installers’ warranty will be voided if any other installer has tampered with the original installation that was done by one of our accredited installers.
Notification of a problem to Elite Installers regarding the installation provided by us is required immediately upon discovery of the alleged defect / problem / installation.
This Guarantee is limited to the replacement of hinges, screws & realignment of all that was done or provided through Elite Installers if it was faulty due to bad workmanship and does not cover damage caused by disasters such as fire, flood, wind, and lightning, or any other abuse or misuse by the purchaser, pets or burglaries.
Installation should be inspected by customer before Elite Installers’ final payment is received. Any defects / problems must be reported at that time. Installation constitutes acceptance of the product / material installed. Damage to product caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance is not covered by this guarantee.
Guarantee does not cover veining, scratching, falling objects, abuse, misuse, exposure to extreme temperatures, using improper chemicals or compounds, alteration of the surface with sealers, treatments or other similar incidents.
In cases of treatment and or painting, our guarantee is only valid if customer stays off areas that were done until proper set time has passed. The guarantee will be null and void if you can't follow directions and stay off areas until all areas are dry.
The guarantee offered excludes regular maintenance and adjustment that might be needed due to extreme weather or seasonal changes (doors shrinking or swelling).
If you have a problem with your installation, please call Elite Installers to enable us to assist you promptly. Kindly have a copy of the invoice number, address where the installation has taken place and the date of installation on hand. We will set up a repair appointment according to the available dates.
